Muscle Cure

By

You can find the muscle cure and muscle remedy for hurt muscles through myofascial releases. The circle of life is the true muscle aid for relief. Deep massage is more effective than Swedish massage for myofascial pain. While Swedish massage is the most familiar and common type of massage in the West it doesn't do the trick fully. For the best results deep pressure is better for releasing prolonged muscle tension that many of us are looking for. In attempting to find the muscle remedy I have been a chiropractic patient for the better part of 30 years and can speak from experience. The primary areas that need attention are the muscle tissues, tendons and fascia, the connective tissue around muscles and are commonly called muscle pain trigger points.
I was puzzled by my right leg being shorter than the left one. After nearly a lifetime of chiropractic adjustments I eventually found that my hip stiffness is actually initiated by tight glutes. I spend too much time on my rear. To make things worse, I don't have much cushion on my tushion. However, I sit on my muscle cure regularly and there is virtually an immediate release of tension in the hips. It enables me to do my favorite exercise, walking, with ease. It should be appreciated that there is good pain and bad pain. I look to orthopedic type braces as an example. Wearing a brace will alleviate bad pain and then turns to bad pain after wearing it too long. This is the time to remove it momentarily.
Muscle knots are generally generated by poor posture, injury or over-exertion. Also, think of how heavy the head is. At one time in my life the medical community believed that the head was one sixth of our body weight. This heavy orb does a tenuous balancing act on a base that is less in circumference in comparison. The neck does a lot of work keeping our head up. If not balanced properly muscle knots will usually develop. Muscle knots are sections of short and tight fibers that have limited blood flow. The pain that comes with them is the result of latent trigger points or active trigger points. Latent trigger points are sensitive to the touch and active trigger points generate steady pain.
Research has shown that with the right muscle cure the blood pressure in those who received deep tissue massage dropped along with the myofacial pain. Rolfing is one form of aggressive massage and muscle aid. The idea is to separate the fibers of bound up fasciae physically to release muscle tightness and allow greater movement of the sore muscles. In addition to reduced blood pressure there is a decrease in the standing pelvic tilt angle. It also reduces anxiety and reduces the stress hormone levels. Heart rate drops and we become more relaxed with the liberation of oxytocin and serotonin. Our answer to finding a muscle cure comes in a small package and costs less than one visit to a masseuse or masseur for myofascial releases. Much has been written about muscle pain trigger points. They are distinct areas located in the hurt muscles. Pain is usually localized and frequently reveals persistent musculoskeletal ailments. Severe distress often leads to chronic stress of the muscles fibers. These are the trigger points. You may have contained, continuing pain causing diminished range of motion. The muscles involved affect body posture, and unhealthy positioning of the neck, shoulders, and pelvic region. Trigger points can also cause headaches. The biggest problem is decreased range of motion resulting in lower back pain. Deep muscle massage with our muscle cure will loosen those idle areas.
David Barth has played sports hard and is now paying for it with aches and pains. He hopes to show others how to find the muscle cure for hurt muscles through myofascial releases.
