Back Stretches


Our daily tough routine makes the muscles weak and it may affect the health of our back. When you get up, stretch your back and do not immediately set foot down the bed. There are some back exercises that help you with the removal of the back pain stated below:
Steps to Back Stretch 1:
· Lay down
· Bend your knees
· Touch your feet with the floor
· Put your hands under the leg joints
· Pull legs in the direction of your breast
· After when a soft stretch will be there, wait for 10 seconds and then repeat the steps.
Steps to Back Stretch 2:
· Lie backside
· Lean your knees down
· Be straight on the ground
· Tighten the muscles of your abdomen
· Move your back down with force
· Repeat 10 times
Steps to Back Stretch 3:
· Lie backside
· Lean your knees down
· Be straight on the ground
· With the help of your feet, bow down lifting your lower side up from the ground
· Repeat 10 times
Steps to Back Stretch 4:
· Have a seat and keep your feet on the floor. Twist your cervical and lower parts of the body and stop when your breast is touches the thigh. Touch the floor with your hands. This is a very simple exercise. Perform 10 times
Steps to Back Stretch 5:
· Stand erect
· Your hand should be straight on the sides
· Bend down to one side slowly and touch the leg
· Repeat 10 times, but do not practice if you feel pain.
Some other common exercises as the stretches are using the machine, hanging on the monkey bar or with a chin bar like in gymnastics. If you feel pain in the muscles of your shoulders due to this exercise, stop taking it.
Lean down towards your back and extend your arms on a big table. Hold the other side of the table and slowly apply move it applying force. When stretching your muscles, take a deep breath.
Stand with someone along the backside, hold your elbows and do not move them. Now lean your knees down and lift them off the floor.
Most of the exercises are for low back pain; however, do the exercise of your upper back as well. It is equally important to get relief from back pain such as eagle arms, neck rolls and butterfly wings, etc.
But there are some easy exercises with which you can easily treat the pain and reduce it up to a major margin. The best treatment for the back pain is considered as the stretching and body stretching exercises. These exercises can give an effective relief to the patient without any hap hazard.
