In contrast, the 'fight or flight' mode that your body goes into when under stress is actually responsible for both common sex problems (PE and ED), since it is this mode that has to be activated to cause ejaculation, as well as the fact that it is nearly impossible to get an erection while in this state.
(Think about this: if you were being chased by a tiger, would your body prioritize blood flow to your penis, or blood flow to your heart, lungs, and large muscles? The answer is pretty clear.)
The Mental Sex Mastery Technique:
So here is the technique. Keep your breathing under control before actual intercourse while you are still becoming more and more aroused, as well as during intercourse, by doing the following:
  1. Inhale deeply into your belly for 5 seconds
  2. Hold your breath deep in your belly for 5 seconds
  3. Exhale slowly for five seconds
  4. Repeat with step 1
It's that simple.
